The quality of the paper you use for your business project can greatly affect the way it is viewed and absorbed. If you print a sales sheet on the lowest quality of paper, it could ruin your overall message. Printing a flyer on the highest quality of paper is also unnecessary. Finding the perfect paper quality for your project may be difficult, but the House of Printing experts can help you find the right one for you.
Paper quality is measured by numbers, with Number 1 being the best and Number 5 being the lowest quality. With only five numbers of quality, you may think that the difference in paper can’t be that big, but it is. A Number 5 paper is newsprint—grainy, dull, rough, and unattractive for professional business projects, unless that rugged look is what you are going for. A Number 1 quality paper would be a fine arts poster. These two paper quality are on complete opposite sides of the spectrum, giving you an idea of the huge difference in paper quality. We generally print on a Number 2 paper quality, but if you are looking for something else, let us know and we can do that for you.
